Is Gravity Magnetism?

I was just reviewing this book that has recently been published online (free download), copied some of the text below from the website: http://www.animadversiones.com/

"We prove experimentally that gravity is magnetism, and differentiate between an inertial mass and a gravitational mass."
This is a short summary of the books:Animadversiones Philosophiae de Natura Rerum et MundoVolume I and IIby R.J. Koppany and M.J. Harning.

In the first volume we took iron and nickel toroid weights and weighed them. When they were magnetized, they gained weight and when they were demagnetized, they lost weight. And, the toroids orientation in the oven for demagnetizing caused the toroid's weight to change variably. We proved that gravity is magnetism, and differentiate between an inertial mass and a gravitational mass. The complete solution for Einstein's Unified Field Theory is presented in this book for the first time.

In the second volume we examined how magnetism and the periodic table integrated with the gravitational mass we discovered in volume I, called the "Harning/Koppany gravitational mass." A new configuration of the periodic table is formulated. How the electron's magnetic field differentiates from the nucleus's magnetic field is discussed. A converting equation from units of magnetic susceptibility to electron volts is given, called the "Harning/Koppany Maxwell Converter."

The authors had their article declined for publication from Classical and Quantum Gravity, the Journal of Magnetism and Magnetic Materials, and from General Relativity and Gravitation. A recent submission was declined for publication by the journal, Nature.
